Positive Behavior Support Plan
Improving student academic and behavior outcomes is about ensuring all students have access to the most effective and accurately implemented instructional and behavioral practices and interventions possible. Our PBSP provides an operational framework for achieving these outcomes. At General McLane schools, we expect our students to be:

Less reactive, aversive, dangerous and exclusionary learning environment.

More engaging, responsive, preventive and productive atmosphere.

Maximize academic engagement and achievement for ALL students.

Address classroom management and improve supports for students who require more specialized assistance.
The PBSP is about establishing a positive social culture for all students. Via this program, our schools are able to create a Culture of Competence through defining clear behavioral expectations, and subsequently employing these behavioral conjectures. This process is what helps makes our schools some of the best in Erie County, PA.
Join us in providing Positive Behavior reinforcement and help build a school-wide social culture that results in a more effective learning environment!
